Packing—4 days (Yikes!) to go!

I have never been a light packer, except for the trip to Florence mentioned in my first post. This trip, I am taking 2 suitcases—a 21 inch and a 24 inch—plus a backpack. I think that's pretty good. The question is will everything I want to take fit? Not only that, but I am bringing some winter necessities for Trevor. And I like to have SOME choices as to what to wear when. I have the 24-inch suitcase closed without too much trouble, and without unzipping the expandable part. The next thing to do is weigh it. The 21 inch will close fairly easily right now. I still have items lilke shampoo and lotion to include, you know, things that go in at the last minute. I have made two trips to my local Target for toiletry items. I have removed 2 pairs of shoes from the shoe cache but added a pair of shoes for Trevor. Other than electronic items that I will carry in the backpack, charging camera batteries (and remembering USB cables and plugs), I think I am ready. I have one more batch of grading to do, then some late papers, and grades to enter. That I will be on the plane in 4 days seems a bit surreal.
